Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance

    Landry Cook Manor operates in full compliance with all applicable regulations of the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY), and meets or exceeds the standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

    We follow trauma-informed care practices and adhere to all requirements for safety, staffing, training, and resident rights.

    All staff are trained and legally required to report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation immediately to the appropriate authorities.

  • Our Emergency Preparedness Plan covers fire, severe weather, medical emergencies, and security threats.

  • Routine safety inspections are conducted to maintain a secure living environment.
